区域一体化地区的土地利用与生态服务价值研究——以双莱先行区为例

Study on the Value of Land Use and Ecological Services in the Region of Regional Integration: Take Shuanglai Pilot Area as An Example

摘要:

区域一体化先行区是统筹区域发展的重要保障,在整合区域资源、实现合作共赢、推进经济协调发展的同时,增加了生态用地风险与压力,影响了生态用地规模与生态服务功能。探讨区域一体化背景下的土地利用与生态服务价值关系,对管理区域环境、制定发展决策、平衡地区经济与生态保护均具有重要意义。“双莱先行区”作为山东省首个区域一体化发展先行区,研究其土地利用变化与生态服务价值(ESV)对实现生态文明建设与经济的协同发展具有重要意义。基于此,以双莱先行区为研究区域,选取2000—2020年土地利用数据和经济数据,采用土地利用动态度、ESV当量因子评估、敏感性指数、空间自相关等方法,评估了不同土地类型、不同生态功能、不同区域的ESV变化,分析了土地利用与ESV的空间相关性。与以往研究不同,研究修正当量因子价值时,不采用省份平均粮食单产量,而是莱西、莱阳各自的单产量,尽可能保障计算结果的准确性与真实性。研究表明:除耕地、林地面积减少外,草地、湿地、水体、建设用地面积均增加,建设用地增量最大;各用地类型单一动态度有所差异,例如草地增加10.1%,而耕地降低了0.29%,呈现相反变化趋势;近20年双莱先行区整体生态服务价值呈现持续增长趋势,总增加ESV 23.2亿元,所有用地类型ESV敏感性均<1;ESV与综合土地利用变化在2000—2020年间,呈现单峰趋势;不同用地类型对ESV影响不同,耕地对ESV变化的贡献率最大,是双莱先行区ESV变化的主要影响因素。总体而言,该研究可为区域一体化的生态保护与经济协同发展提供科学参考。

Abstract:

The pilot area of regional integration is an important guarantee for the coordinated development of the region. While integrating regional resources, achieving win-win cooperation, and promoting economic and coordinated development, it has increased the risk and pressure of ecological land use, affecting the scale and function of ecological land use. Exploring the relationship between land use and ecological service value under the background of regional integration has important significance for managing regional environment, making development decisions, and balancing regional economic and ecological protection. “Shuanglai Pilot Area” as the first regional integration development pilot area in Shandong Province, studying its land use change and ecological service value (ESV) has important significance for the coordinated development of ecological civilization and economy. Therefore, taking Shuanglai pilot area as the research area, selecting land use data and economic data from 2000 to 2020, using land use dynamic, ESV equivalent factor evaluation, sensitivity index, spatial autocorrelation and other methods, evaluated the ESV changes of different land types, different ecological functions, and different regions, and analyzed the spatial correlation between land use and ESV. Unlike previous studies, when correcting the equivalent factor value, this study did not use the average grain yield per unit area of the province, but the grain yield per unit area of Laixi and Laiyang respectively, to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the calculation results as much as possible. The study shows that, except for a decrease in arable land and forest area, grassland, wetland, water body, and construction land area have increased, with construction land having the largest increase. The dynamic degree of each land use type has some differences. For example, grassland increased by 10.10%, while arable land decreased by 0.29%, showing an opposite trend. In the past 20 years, the overall ecological service value of Shuanglai pilot area has shown a continuous upward trend, with a total increase of 2.322 billion yuan ESV, and the ESV sensitivity of all land use types is less than 1. The ESV and comprehensive land use change showed a single-peak trend from 2000 to 2020. Finally, different land use types have different impacts on ESV, and arable land has the largest contribution rate to ESV changes, which is the main influencing factor of ESV changes in Shuanglai pilot area. Overall, this study can provide scientific reference for the ecological protection and coordinated development of regional integration.
