河北省森林生态产品价值评估及其空间分布驱动因素研究

摘要:

开展森林生态产品价值评估可以明确森林生态服务对人类福祉和经济发展的贡献,有助于提升人们对“绿水青山就是金山”理念的认识。基于林草资源综合监测数据和气象数据等数据,借助3S技术与IUEMS核算平台以及地理探测器模型,对河北省森林生态产品价值及其空间分布驱动因素进行了研究。结果表明,1)2022年河北省森林生态产品总价值为4.62×1011元;不同功能类别的价值大小为涵养水源>洪水调蓄>固碳释氧>森林康养>土壤保持>生物多样性保护>林产品供给>净化大气>防风固沙。2)不同林分类型和龄组生态产品价值大小为乔木林>灌木林>经济林>未成林>疏林和中龄林>幼龄林>近成熟林>成熟林>过成熟林。3)森林生态产品实物量和价值量呈现为东北部燕山生态涵养区>西部太行山生态涵养区>中南部和东南部平原农业区>坝上高原生态防护区的空间分布格局。4)单因子解释力q值大小为降水>高程>坡度>温度>人口密度>人均GDP>土壤全N>土壤有机质>夜间灯光指数,双因子交互作用q值最高的为降水∩温度(0.76),表明降水和温度是影响森林生态产品价值空间分布主导驱动因素。研究结果可为河北省森林资源经营管理及生态产品价值实现机制的建设提供理论依据。

Abstract:

It can be explicit of the forest ecosystem services contribution to human well-being and economic development, and is also helpful to enhance people’s understanding on the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” by the valuation on forest ecological products. In this study, forest ecological products and the spatial distribution driving factors were evaluated in Hebei Province based on comprehensive monitoring data of forest and grass resources and meteorological data for 2022. Nine functional categories and 19 accounting indicators are identified. GIS technology, the IUEMS accounting platform, and a geographical detector model were used in this study. The results showed that 1) the total value of forest ecological products was 4.62×1011 yuan in Hebei Province in 2022. The values of the different functional categories were as follows: water storage>flood regulation>carbon sequestration and oxygen release>forest health preservation>soil conservation>biodiversity protection>forest product supply> air purification>wind and sand fixation. 2) The values of different forest stand types and age groups were as fallows: arbor forest>shrub forest>economic forest>immature forest>sparse forest and middle-aged forest>young forest>near mature forest>mature forest>over mature forest. 3) There were significant spatial distribution differences in the physical quantity and value of forest ecological products (p<0.05) in the following order: northeastern Yanshan eco-conservation area>western Taihang eco-conservation area>south-central and south-eastern plain agricultural areas>northern Bashang Plateau eco-protection area, where the values of forest ecological products were high in the cities of Chengde, Zhangjiakou, and Baoding, and lowest in Langfang city. 4) The spatial distribution of forest ecological product were affected by both natural and artificial factors, the order of explanatory degrees of different driving factors was precipitation>elevation>slope>temperature>population density>per capita GDP>soil total N>soil organic matter> nighttime light index. The highest explanatory degree of the interaction between factors was temperature∩precipitation which was 0.76, indicating that the two natural factors were the dominant driving factors for the value spatial distribution of forest ecological products in Hebei province. The results revealed the forest ecological product values and spatial distribution driving factors, which can provide a theoretical basis for the management of forest resources and the construction of an eco-product value realization mechanism in Hebei Province.
