西藏雅尼湿地洲滩植物群落优势种生态位及种间联结性

Abstract:

This study aimed to elucidate the niche characteristics and interspecific associations of plant communities in the floodplain of the Yani Wetland in Xizang, providing a scientific basis for ecological restoration and biodiversity conservation in typical high-altitude riverine wetlands. Based on the plot survey data, the niche breadth and overlap of the dominant species were measured. Variance ratio (VR), chi-square test, association coefficient (Ac), and Spearman correlation analysis were employed to examine the niche and interspecific associations among 15 dominant plant species in the floodplain plant communities of the Yani Wetland. The results showed that 67 plant species were recorded in the Yani Wetland plant communities, belonging to 57 genera and 26 families, primarily from the Compositae, Poaceae, and Cyperaceae. Among them, Orinus thoroldii, Myricaria wardii, and Salix cheilophila exhibited high importance values and niche breadth, occupying dominant positions in the competition within their community. The overall niche overlap values were low, indicating limited similarity in environmental resource utilization among species, with interspecific competition tending toward equilibrium, which suggest mid-stage natural succession. The overall interspecific association showed a significant positive correlation between these two species. However, the χ2 test, Ac values, and Spearman correlation analysis revealed mostly non-significant associations among species, indicating relatively weak interspecific relationships between them. Regression analysis demonstrated a highly significant positive correlation between the Spearman rank correlation coefficients and Ac values of the dominant species, and their niche overlap and niche similarity coefficients. Therefore, in the natural vegetation restoration of this river valley region, priority should be given to planting species with broad niches and strong adaptability in complementary combinations to restore community stability.

摘要:

该研究旨在揭示西藏雅尼湿地洲滩植物群落的生态位特征及种间联结性,为高原典型河流湿地的生态修复和生物多样性保护提供科学依据。基于样地调查数据,测定了主要物种的生态位宽度和生态位重叠,采用方差比率(variance ratio,VR)、卡方检验、种间联结系数(association coefficient,Ac)和Spearman检验,对雅尼湿地洲滩优势植物群落中的15个主要植物物种进行了生态位和种间联结性分析。结果表明,雅尼湿地植物群落调查中共记录植物67种,隶属于26科57属,主要以菊科(Compositae)、禾本科(Poaceae)和莎草科(Cyperaceae)为主。其中,固沙草(Orinus thoroldii)、小花水柏枝(Myricaria wardii)和乌柳(Salix cheilophila)具有较高的重要值和生态位宽度,在群落竞争中占据优势地位。总体生态位重叠值较低,表明物种对环境资源的利用相似性较低,各物种间竞争趋于平衡,处于自然演替中期阶段;总体联结性呈显著正关联,χ2检验、Ac值和Spearman检验均显示物种间多呈不显著联结,种间关系较为松散。优势种间的Spearman秩相关系数、Ac值与生态位重叠及生态位相似系数的回归分析呈极显著正相关。因此,在该区域河谷自然植被恢复过程中,可优先选择生态位较广且适应能力强的植物进行互补种植,以恢复群落稳定性。
